Hi! My name is Chakakhan Abston. I am a certified (PHR, SHRM-CP) Human Resources professional with 20 years of experience and training in executive coaching, career coaching, and life coaching. Throughout my career I have worked in many areas of Human Resources: Professional Development, Training, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Coaching. You name it, I did it! All of my experiences were rich, rewarding, and full of incredible learning opportunities. When I look back at all my experiences, there was always one area that excited me the most. And that was: connecting with people. Yes, my day-to-day responsibilities always provided opportunities for me to connect with others. But, it was those times when I was able to truly connect with others and help them realize their potential and abilities, and then actually witness them accomplish their goals - that gave me the most joy and satisfaction.
